Hunting Knives
A hunting knife is a tool used to skin and cuts up animals while hunting to prepare them for
consumption. It is distinct from the hunting dagger used to dispatch wild wildlife.
The blades of hunting knives are often stronger, more resilient to wear, and long-lasting. Different types
of materials are used to make the knives. The handles are typically made of attractive and functional
materials, including wood, horn, bone, and skin. Some hunting knives are adapted for additional
applications in the wild, like a camp knife, which hunters may use as machetes or wooden clubs.
Currently, rubber and plastic are used more frequently for hunting and chopper knives.
